Dr. Alicia Wortman

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr Wortman has been active from a young age - dabbling in many movements but then finding a love for running. She’s done everything from the 800 meters up to the marathon, and is excited to get back after it after welcoming her second child recently.

She has worked with athletes from all levels, up to athletes looking to qualify for the Olympic Trials. While the principles she brings to caring for her patients are the same for everyone, she tailors the delivery to meet the needs of each unique athlete!

When not in the clinic, you’ll find her with her family, exploring a new trail, looking for a great brunch spot, or plotting on a great workout with all of her “free time”.

Dr. Chelsea Martin

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Martin brings a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to care, grounded in both evidence-based practice and a holistic view of health. With experience across a wide range of populations—including older adults, post-operative patients, and those navigating concussion and vestibular rehabilitation—she tailors treatment to meet each individual’s unique goals and needs.

Her passion for movement runs deep, shaped by years playing basketball and softball, and continuing today through hiking and learning the game of tennis. She believes movement is medicine and works to empower her patients through thoughtful, personalized interventions.

Outside the clinic, you can find her enjoying live music, spending time with friends, or walking her dog, Penny, on a local trail.

Jade Winter-Hare

Patient Success Coordinator

Jade grew up in the Humboldt area, and found her love for physical fitness through the sport of Capoeira. She is currently a student at Sonoma State University, as she prepares to enter physical therapy school in the future. She’s a dog (and bunny!) lover, and loves to be outside any chance that she gets. In her role as Patient Success Coordinator, she’ll be the first person you talk with, and will also help you to navigate any questions surrounding scheduling and billing.
