Comprehensive, monthly sessions to optimize your performance

Each of our Physical Therapists are certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists and have years of experience in the endurance training communities. Their expertise will enable you to maintain the high level of performance you’re at.

The performance membership includes:

  • 60 minute monthly sessions with a PT/CSCS

  • Personalized training plan development and instruction

  • Unlimited text/email feedback

  • Discounted subscription rates

  • Billed monthly

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No! While we encourage all of our current patients to transition to continuing care after rehabilitation, you don’t have to be suffering from pain/injury to come see us. If you want to get an expert’s opinion to keep you out of injury, then this is an excellent option for you.

  • The Performance Plan does not cover Physical Therapy for acute injury/pain due to the extra time required for diagnosis and treatment. If you are experiencing injury you can always schedule a Physical Therapy appointment to receive specialized care.

  • Yes. We’ll happily work with you to use your HSA, FSA, or other means of self-paying for your visits. Keep in mind that some HSA/FSA will require you to submit your receipts.
